We process and deliver our products within 14 days

We do not charge for standard shipping in Australia, however we also offer express shipping as well.

TKNB sends all parcels via a pre-paid, traceable, safe method of delivery.

Shipping times are indicative from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

For all new orders, we allow 1 hour before fulfilling, in case of change of mind or incorrect shipping details. After this 1 hour, we cannot cancel or change orders.

TKNB offers 14 day hassle-free returns, starting from the date of receipt as per Australia Post. Return costs are covered by TKNB only during this 14 day period after which return requests are reviewed upon a case by case basis.

TKNB RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will enjoy your TKNB products! However, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be more than happy to accept your return within 30 days, as long as it is still new with the tags attached.

It's okay to try your items on, however a hectic gym session or a run in the park is not okay.

If you're looking to exchange an item or receive a store credit, we will be glad to cover the cost of the return shipping for you. Please see the TKNB Shipping Policy. TKNB employs a 14 day hassle-free returns policy where we cover the cost of returns. For return request outside of this 14 day window, but within the 30 day period mentioned above, we will deduct $10 to help cover the shipping cost.

All returns are sent to and processed in our facility in Melbourne, Australia.

Store credits do not expire, however they must be used in the same transaction.

Before you return your item, please ensure you have attached the return label that was given when you finished your return. If there is no label attached we won't know it's yours!

Once you have packaged your item with the label attached, please drop it off at any Australia Post location.

FAULTY ITEMS:

Unfortunately sometimes items that are not 100% can slip through our inventory, we know. In such an event, we are here to help.

If you think your item is not quite right, please email our customer service team sales@tknbapparel.com and our awesome team will get back to you ASAP

So we can help you get you on your way as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number
• Photos that clearly show the fault and the TKNB logo

Here are a couple of quick examples on how an item is considered faulty or not acceptable quality:

• There is a manufacturing fault
• The product has been damaged during transit
• It is significantly different from the description or image

General wear and tear over time, neglect or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
